Hello I need help finding parts for my windows. I have two windows with broken springs and one broken tilte latch (2 11/16 x 11/16).
I have attached pictures, can you help me?

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we would need to see the pivot shoe and coil springs fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. See the videos related on this page to assist you.

As for the tilt latch, the 26-243A and 26-244A would be a good place to start. Take a look and compare the specifications below to an intact latch. Thanks for posting!

Good Morning. I have removed the spring and shoe. I have attached the pictures as requested. Thank you for all the help and videos.
I think, I only need the springs...thoughts?

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we do not have an exact match for your original pivot shoe. However, our 17/32" deep 15-199 may work as a replacement. Compare the dimensions to your existing shoe to ensure a good fit.

This shoe is compatible with either the 1/2" thick S160 or the 3/8" thick S165 coil spring. We suggest weighing the window sash to confirm the correct strength options for the new springs. Take a look and see what you think.
