We had replacement vinyl windows installed in our duplex rental in 2008. Three of the locks are now missing the white plastic push button. The contractor(Coastline Remodeling, Santa Ana, CA) is no longer in business. We are in California. I don't know if they're Superior Windows, Atrium Windows or perhaps Thermal Industries.
The last replacement parts(rollers) I got while still under warranty(2013)came from Thermal Industries(packing slip)in a Superior Windows(return address envelope), Ontario, CA.
