It's may be tough to see but I'm in need of replacing a couple of the attached shoe sash carriers. Please let me know if you are able to determine what I need from the images.

I believe you mean you're looking to replace this pivot shoe. I'm sure we can help, but there's no way of knowing what pivot shoe you need without more information. You'll need to remove your pivot shoe from the window and compare its width and thickness to options like the 15-046, 15-047 or 15-118. See if any of these match what you need.
