THE SHOE IS 15-195

The 15-195 shoe is used with the Series 795 balance which installs with a screw. You'll want to measure the metal channel to determine the length. Your stamps don't match up to the S795 stamp options though. You will have to weigh the window sash on a scale to determine the proper stamps for your replacements.

This doesn't have to be a custom order since the balances use the screw tab. The video below will show you how to swap the T-lock shoe.
