Quad coil balance broke

Question

The one that broke is already missing a coil. Without taking it apart it measures 4 1/2" long and about 1 1/2" wide. I would like to replace everything necessary to do both sides on two windows bc the others are starting to crack also. I wasn't able to locate the exact one I needed on the website and couldnt find even a brand name so hopefully you guys can help me out!

Looks like you have a Simonton window. You might have our Series 160 coil springs, but see what you think. You will need the numbers on the old springs when ordering. I'm counting three coil springs on each side so I think the triple nylon coil spring cover, the 15-150T, would work for you.
