Our windows are manufactured by Simonton Norandex Inc.
This part broke when cleaning my windows and I'm not sure what to replace it with.

Hello there. This exact Simonton coil system is no longer made, but we've devised a substitute solution. See our 15-259 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 159 Coil Balances. The video below shows how to replace your old system with this setup. Take a look and see if you think this could work for you.
