QuickTilt Coil Spring Window Balance

Home Owner from Fernandina Beach, FL
Hello,
I am needing to repair a single hung window, company is Renaissance. I have tried contacting them directly but get no response. Desperatly needing to replace the metal shoe part on the window balance. Requiring both right and left side, guessing this part is the same on both. The dimater of the metal shoe part measures .625" and is the same diameter all the way across the width which measure .500". If I am unable to replace just the balance shoe, then I would be glad to replace the complete window balance. Please let me know if more info. is required.

Hello,

Unfortunately, the metal shoe cam shown in your photos is not available separately and I don't recognize your coil balance assembly at first glance. If you could remove the entire assembly from the window, that would help us determine if replacement parts are available. We'll also need you to write out the exact width and thickness of the pivot shoe the coil springs attach to. Thank you!

Hello,
Would you have a window balance similar to the pics:
Total length = 5-3/4"
Body length = 4-1/4"
Width = 1/14"
Thickness/Depth = 5/8"
Looking for Qty. 2, they do not appear to be right and left, both look the same.

We don't carry an exact replacement but your balance is similar to our Series 161. Note that the thickness is a bit smaller at 9/16". Keep in mind that you will need to replace the whole unit. See the S161-06 bottom Roller-Tilt with the pivot cam, the15-086 tandem housing for the second S180-09 coil spring. For the top coil spring bracket, you'll use the 16-030

As for the pivot bar, we don't believe yours will fit in the Series 161 pivot cam. You will need to match the screw hole pattern of the 26-398 or 26-405 to determine if one of them would fit your sash. Review the related media guides for more information.
