Thank you for reaching out to us. We have tracks that will handle up to 100 pounds: the 21-450 (24"), 21-452 (36"), and 21-455 (72"). The tracks come with a 21-174 roll guide, 21-175 pivot bracket, and 21-286 snugger. If you need to replace the pivots in the door, you will need one 23-113 bottom adjusting pin and three 23-112 spring-loaded pins. You can reuse your old corner blocks if they are in good shape. Take a look at the specifications for the mentioned parts and see what you think.
