Both styles of your window balance shoes can be replaced with the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe. Be sure to double check the dimensions to confirm they are a fit. Although, I am certain these are what you need.

This shoe is compatible with the Series 152 Coil Balance. To select the correct coils, you'll need to look for stamps/markings on the ones on your assemblies. They're attached to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. There is a video tutorial below with detailed instructions on choosing the correct coils.

The cover can be replaced with the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Busing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel.
