Question

Hello,  I am looking for replacement Balancers for Double Hung Vinyl windows.  The part is stamped 25TG and it is a little ober 26 inches long.  I found the part on your web site, but the connection is different, as you can see in the picture it is a small square. Can you direct me to the correct part?

Hello,

Your balance appears to use the 15-043 terminal clip attached to the S770-26 channel balance. You'll need to confirm if the top of your balance installed with a screw like our stock balances. If so, you'll also need to weigh your sash to determine which strength option you'll need. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight.
