REPLACEMENT OF BALANCE BAR

Question

I just finished talking with a customer service rep. I am interested in placing an order for a replacement balance bar. The length of the metal from one end to the other end is 29 in long. I have only one stamp on the bar which says 28 C. I believe that is the expansion for the spring. Attached are two photos of the plastic ends to the balance.

Looks like you need a new channel balance. The bottom shoe looks broken, so you will need to use an undamaged version of this balance as a reference. It could be either an S380-29, with a 1" deep shoe, or an S385-29, with a 1-3/32" deep shoe.
