REPLACEMENT WINDOW PARTS

I am sure we can help you with the replacement parts you are in need of. While we are researching this based off of the information you did provide, would you be able to send us some photos of the parts in question so that we may also use that as a reference in narrowing down the possible options for you?

Looks like you have an old rod type balance. These are unfortunately no longer made. We have modern balances that can work as a replacement, but your photos don't narrow down which type you have. There are three varieties.

In order to determine which of the three you have, I need you to either take the sash out of the window and show me a clear picture of the pivot shoe, or remove an undamaged version of the balance entirely and show me the pivot shoe that way.

The balance you show us will have to be an undamaged version. It's very difficult, if not impossible, to figure out what these are from a broken part.
