Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks like our Series 795 channel balance which comes attached with the closed cam 15-195 by default but I can't tell if your old shoe is the same. If it ends up having an open cam, you'd want the 15-195B which is sold separately. The video below will show you how to swap the shoes.

Your balance stamp isn't a match to any of our options so you will need to measure the metal channel to determine the length and weigh the window sash on a scale to determine the proper stamp option. There's a chart under the product description on the Series 795 store page that will tell you what option is best based on the weight of the window sash.

Note that our balance uses a screw to install but please let me know if yours uses a hook. We can still help but it will just have to be a custom order.
