See attached pictures. Both from same window. I also require the tab that holds the spring mechanism, as that has snapped, as well.as the two plastic pieces that attach to the windo frame

Hello! Your balance looks like a match for our Series 395. This has a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom plastic fitting, so as long as these match up then I feel confident that this will work for you.

As for the plastic pieces that attached to the window frame, it sounds like you might be referring to the top sash guides. I'll need to see one removed from the window and in undamaged condition before I can suggest a replacement. Would that be possible? If so, please show me a clear picture of the front and one of the side. Think of it like a mug shot. I can then check our inventory for something that matches its profile.
