Hi David. I see you were talking to my colleague Casey, here. It looks like she recommended the S380-27 or S385-27 for you, and that's what I would recommend here as well. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. Judging from your photo, you might have the Series 385; but pictures of measuring tape can be deceiving, so it's best to confirm this yourself. In either case you will need a stamp option of 2640.
