I just ordered these from you. Do you have a link or instructions of how to attach the coil spring to them?

Thanks for reaching out to us. The 15-208 isn't designed to use coil springs. This pivot shoe is used with channel balances, not coil balances. I wonder if you have the wrong part. Would it be possible for us to see a photo of the old pivot shoe, preferably removed from the window?

Here is a picture of the shoe that was in the track. I'm sure it's possible if it's the wrong part that this is why it disconnected. Cool straps seem fine but I need 4 shoes and any screw that's needed. Can I return the others that are on their way?

Great, thank you! Your old pivot shoe looks like a match for the 15-177. This is designed to use the Series 152 coil springs which attach to the side of the pivot shoe using a screw like the 33-072 (sold separately).

If you need new coil supports, see the 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145. These "sandwich" around each spring.
