Which product to buy? Channel balance from single hung

A quick learner from Campbell says:
Hi, this channel balance is from a Single hung window. Please help identify which part I can replace it with from your website.

Markings: 25 3 KO Caldwell (see pics attached)

Have a closer look at both our S380-26 and S385-26 channel balances. The only difference between these two balances is the depth measurement of the bottom balance shoe. You will need to measure the depth pf your bottom shoe, like in the diagram below, to determine which of the two would make a better match. whichever one chosen will go with a 2530 option that holds a sash weight of 15-19 pounds.
