Hi,

Can you confirm I have identified this correctly.
380 series
15-005 shoe
19-005
Stamp series 2750 ?

Thanks for posting! Actually, looking at your bottom attachment you might have a Series 385. However, I can't tell for sure. Please refer to the chart below to identify your bottom shoe.

Keep in mind that while a fraction of an inch difference may not seem like much, it is in fact vital to the operation of your balance. Please make sure to get as exact a measurement as possible.

Also, be sure to only measure the metal channel portion of your balance when determining length. Based on your stamp of 2750, your channel length should be 28". Can you confirm?

Indeed the bottom shoe is 15-004
The length of channel is 28"

In that case, please take a look at our S385-28 with a 2750 stamp option and see if that will work for you.
