Hi,
I’m looking to refresh my windows as half of them are falling out.
Are you able to help me out get new balancers and window hardware required ?
I just want to replace the full thing and maybe even change the “shoes” if there is any new system.
The windows just move up and down poorly in the whole house and I just want to make it all new.
Should I pull 1 full window out and take more photos or is what I provided enough to select a new system?

Hi there!
Thanks for reaching out to us. We believe you might have the Series 765 but we recommend you look over the specifications to confirm. Can you confirm the length of the metal channel and the stamp printed on the back of it?
As for the pivot shoe, we will need you to write out the thickness and width to determine your options.

You'll have to measure the balance's metal channel to determine the length. The 24-5 metal channel should measure 25" long, and the 22-5 metal channel should measure 23" long.
You can select the 24-5 stamp option for the 25" balance and the 22-5 stamp option for the 23" balance.
