Regency Windows

Quick Learner from Riverside, Ca
I have Regency Windows. One of the rotating pivot shoes broke and 2 of the balances also broke.

Can you help identifying the pivot shoe? See picture. Approx. dimensions are 1-3/4" tall, 1-1/4" W, 9/16" deep.

Are the balance replacement your series 770? similar numbers appear on the side of ours and the lengths and styles match. Its hard for me to tell not knowing the width and depth of the 770 series, and the spring tension is also a loose end for me.

Please advice
Thanks

Thanks for posting! For the pivot shoe, I recommend our 15-129. Does that look about right? As for the balance, I also can't tell what you have without seeing what your actual channel looks like, but the channel for our Series 770 is approximately 9/16" x 9/16".
