Rehau Window Coil Balances

I have several broken coil balances on my Rehau double hung windows. I am having no luck with the window manufacturer, so I am reaching out for some assistance. Unfortunately there are no slots cut in my windows that would allow for removal of the balance, so I don't know the weight of the springs. I will cut them out when I have more time, but for now the main piece i need are the pivot bars for one window as they are both broken. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The pivot bar reminds me of the 26-226. As for the pivot shoe, yours looks like the 15-177 which uses the S152 coil springs (sold separately) that screw to the side of the shoe. Review the specifications for these parts to confirm they match what you need to repair your window.
