We can provide this balance configuration, but it will require a custom order to assemble for you due to uses a hook at the top for installation. You have the Series 795 channel balance, but with an inverted link at the bottom instead of a T-lock shoe. 

Please review the dimensions of the 15-216 pivot shoe below to confirm a good fit! 

To move forward, please confirm that the metal channel measures 26 inches long. How many balances are you in need of? From there I can send over an order link with pricing for your review. 

We recommend sticking with the original style to guarantee the best function. 

I have sent over an order link for (2) balances with pricing. Please note that the 15-224 inverted link and 15-216 will need to be added to your cart additionally from the product pages before checking out.

Upon arrival of the balances, you will need to discard the stock T-lock shoe and switch it out for the 15-224 inverted link. These just snap on and off. See the video below for details. It doesn't show the inverted link directly, but the same process.
