Help Identifying Removed Channel Balance Top and Shoe

Question

Please help identify channel balance top and shoe from a 9/16" wide by 29" long channel balance. Parts were removed for better clarity.They do not seem to exactly match any tops and shoes on your website.my balance top has all the same measurements as your "19-005" channel top but looks a bit different.My balance shoe is close to the measurements of your " 15-005"shoe[see measurements in photo] but like the channel top it looks different.I will need replacement channel balance assemblies for 3 separate windows.1 channel is stamped "28 B", 1 is stamped
"UB 28 B and 1 is stamped "28 C". All have the same tops and shoes. Please identify the correct balance assemblies needed.

Thank you for contacting us. Please begin by taking a look at our S380-29 channel balance. As for the stamp options, your "28B" corresponds to our 2820 option and our "28C" would be our 2830 option. Get back to us and let us know how you made out.
