Removing Corroded Pivot Bar

Question

I am unable to remove the pivot bar. I will spraying wd40 as in the video.
Attached are two views of how badly rusted these are. I hope you can recommend a replacement. It looks like 26-340 but I would like to be certain about it.

Hello, Dom. 26-340 is not one of our product codes. Could you have been referring to our 26-040?

If so, I agree that this is a possible replacement option, but that's all I can really tell you. Given its current condition and the fact that it's still in the window, it won't be possible to give you the certainty you're looking for. You have to remove it and compare its dimensions to those we show for this product.
