Repair parts - bottom sash spiral balance

Question

I believe that it is a 3/8 diameter 36 inch balance. The clips on both side have rusted off. The balance on one side needs to be tightened.

Thanks for reaching out to us! If the outer tube of the balance is 3/8" in diameter, see the S900-36. I can't be sure of the pivot shoe when it's installed and without dimensions. The 15-046 is a place to start but you would want to remove yours and compare the specifications to confirm.

I'm afraid we can't identify the pivot bar though. We'd have to see an undamaged version removed from the window sash. Are there any identical windows in the house? If so, we can use that as a reference.
