Thanks for posting. We can replace this balance, sure. It looks like our Series 795. However, this comes with a closed cam pivot shoe by default. It looks like your old pivot shoe is open, so I recommend buying our 15-195B separately. See the video below for how you can swap them out.

Also keep in mind that our Series 795 installs at the top using a screw tab. I don't know if yours uses a screw tab or a hook, as it looks like whatever it once had broke off. You may want to double check to be sure.
