Repair/replace casement window parts

Pictures 2 and 3 are lock latch broken off.

Pictures 4 and 5 are of the gear box, it is not the crank that is malfunctioning
On arms/scissors mechanism is printed DELL MAR TORONTO
same mechanism has TRUTH printed

The windows are older than 10 years

Take a look and compare our 38-090 casement lock, as well as the 39-317 and 39-318 operators to your original hardware. If the dimensions match up to yours, you should be good to go. Thanks for posting!
