Thanks for reaching out to us. Your balance appears to be an alternative version of our Series 795. The only difference is that yours has a deep groove at the bottom end of the metal channel, but as long as you replace the whole thing then that won't matter.

Regarding the pivot bar, too much of it is broken off or obscured to identify. We need to see an undamaged version removed from the window in order to find a match.
