Replace Counter Balances

Question

I recently moved in to a home and found the front window would not stay open. After inspecting, I found that the counter balances were broken and not attached to the sash.

Attached are some pictures of the counter balances that were installed.

I've tried finding and purchasing other counter balances that match the length, but the installation method is different than the previous ones.

Is there somewhere I can find counter balances like the ones that were previously installed?

It's hard to say since your balance is damaged but your bottom attachment reminds me of the one that comes with the Series 775. If there is no stamp on your metal channel, you'll need to weigh the window sash and choose a spring strength option under the product description on our website.
