I recently moved in to a home and found the front window would not stay open. After inspecting, I found that the counter balances were broken and not attached to the sash.
Attached are some pictures of the counter balances that were installed.
I've tried finding and purchasing other counter balances that match the length, but the installation method is different than the previous ones.
Is there somewhere I can find counter balances like the ones that were previously installed?

Hello!
It's hard to say since your balance is damaged but your bottom attachment reminds me of the one that comes with the Series 775. If there is no stamp on your metal channel, you'll need to weigh the window sash and choose a spring strength option under the product description on our website. Look this over to see what you think and let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for the response!
The only marking on the older hardware is 29B, which I see that listed in the options for that part.
I'll measure the shoe on one of the other windows in order to get that information.
Thank you for the help!

You're very welcome! If your balance is stamped "29B", then you'll need to select that stamp option on the S775-29's store page.
