Replace T-Lock Balance shoe

Quick Learner from 29576

The widows that were install when I purchased our home were Twinseal by MW Vinyl.

I'm looking to replace T-Lock Balance shoe on both sides of the sash. Channel balance markings are 26C BS1N their is a hook on top end that connects to the window

frame. The overall length is 28 inches. Window sash wt. 17.7 lbs.Do you sell the replacement T-Locks for this window? If so, install instructions.

Regards

Hello,

It looks like your balance uses a T-lock shoe similar to the 15-194 except that yours has a groove in the stem where it attaches to the metal channel. Unfortunately, we do not carry a version of this shoe that installs the same way as yours but we can supply new S795-26 (26C) balances with the 15-198 clip and 15-194 shoe attached. We just sent over an order link and price quote for you to review. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!

Help
I received the 2 balances today. I have a question the one you sent me are a little different from the ones that I have. Here are some pictures of the ones that were sent and the ones that came with the original window. The hook at the one end is 180 degrees different from the originals. Pictures below. The hook on the original balance is closer to the hole in the frame channel. Please let me know what needs to be done?

The hooks can be rotated to face the window jamb since they are attached to the balance with a knot at the end of the pulley cord. Just let us know if you have any other questions.
