Replace T-Shoe Pivot Lock

Question

I ordered 25 of the 1 1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe (Closed Cam) (Item 15-195) but they do not fit. My channel balance has a slight depression for the window to slide in and the old shoe appears to be slightly recessed at that point. I could not get the new shoe to hook into the Inverted Channel Balance

My windows are Patriot windows with as as built date of Jan 2008.

I could not find any stamping at all on the current inverted Channel Balances.

Do you have a different shoe that would fit with the recessed balance?

We do not have a shoe that will fit on this balance, unfortunately. The only thing we can suggest is an all new Series 795 balance to replace the original.

Please note that you will also need the smaller 15-194 shoe, sold separately. The video below will show you how they snap on and off.
