Hi there!

Your first photo is out of focus, so it's hard to make out your lock. Can you show us a clearer and closer shot of it?

As for the operator, we'd like you to remove the arm from the track and show us the bearing at the end of it.

I can't promise we will have suitable replacements, but these details should help us confirm.

We don't sell exact matches for these parts, but take a look at the 38-057 and 38-056 Andersen casement locks. The compatible keeper is the 38-135.

The best we can offer for the operator is the 39-365 and 39-366, which are compatible with the 39-504 and 39-520 tracks. For a folding handle, see the 39-205.

We can't promise these parts will work since they aren't a direct match, but review the specifications and see what you think.
