Replace balance for one broken terminal clip?

I need some assistance identifying a part. The Balance I have is stamped with 29 9 AX CMC 11. The Terminal Clip is broke. Can this be replaced or do I need to replace the entire balance. If replacement is needed. What do you suggest.
