Replace crank out hardware

I cannot find what make of windows these are. I am hoping you will be able to tell what model they are by the hardware that needs replaced. This is a large picture window with a left and right crank out. They are both wore out and need replaced. You can see in the one picture that the sprocket portion is almost wore down to nothing.
