Looking to get replacements for the crank. Need 3 left handed and 1 right handed.

It's tough to tell. Can you confirm the length of the arm? See our 39-028E and 39-027E and let me know if they match the size of your current operator.

I did measure and they seem to be the same. I will order the replacements.

I did receive the replacement parts. Same part number. Everything is good except on the end which you slide the circle piece at the end into the bracket on the bottom of the window. The new piece is a plastic circle which is thicker than the original and will not fit in the bracket on the bottom of the window. Any suggestions.

Sorry to hear it didn't work out. Can you show me a picture of this part of your operator? It's not visible in your original photos.
