Replace handle set for double slider meeting in middle. Need surface mount 4 15/16 spacing

have double slider surface mount handles. one side hook latch other side female to recieve. do you have a replacement set like this?

Take a look at our 82-005 handle set. This is a surface mounted lock that matches the 4-15/16" spacing you need. Look it over and let us know what you think!
