Replace inside sliding door handle

A quick learner from Toledo Ohio says:
The holes are 5 1/8" center to center. The door is 1 1/2" thick

I'm afraid that we don't have an exact match for this handle you show in your photos. I'm afraid that it's just too old. The best solution we can offer is our 82-005. This is a surface mount handle set, meaning that it doesn't depend on any mechanism in the door to work. This allows it to work on just about anything. The only catch is that it requires you to redrill screw holes, since this has a hole center spacing of 4-15/16".
