Replace mechanism and handle on sliding door

Hello! There are two problems with the "handle side" of my sliding door locking mechanism. (Screw stripped on handle, locking mechanism only working sporadically.) So I'd like to replace the whole thing. I've included the measurements on the uploaded photo. ... I'd appreciate your advice and guidance.  My thanks.

Thanks for posting. The mortise lock looks like our 82-265. For the keeper, see our 82-249. The handle set can be replaced with our 82-030. Let us know if you have further questions.
