Replace parts

Question

Looking to replace the window carrier. There are no numbers or markings that I can find anywhere on the window. It is a tilting with break setup. The metal tilting piece here is in one piece but the other are not. I am looking for four of these pieces, preferably including the carrier and break as well.  Can you help identify?

Thanks for writing in. This pivot shoe looks like an older version of our 15-177. Go over the width and thickness of the shoe to confirm it matches. This pivot shoe is compatible with our Series 152 Coil Springs. Look for stamp numbers on the coil tape to confirm what spring weights you need. If there are none, or you are confused, give us the exact weight of your window sash, and we'll work out what you need.
