Replace sliding door latch mechanism

I need to replace the internal locking mechanism for my sliding door. By the information on your webpage the "Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Face Plate, 11",

Product Code: 82-265" may be the correct part but want to make sure before ordering to avoid having to return the part. See enclosed photos with dimensions for the current one and please advice if Product 82-265 would fit to go ahead and order it.
