Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to say I would not be able to identify the manufacturer of your window using the photo of the window sticker. That said, I am confident we can supply you with the replacements, you need; I'll just need to see a photo of the existing assembly removed from the window.

The shoe from your coil assembly still appears to be attached to the bottom of the sash. I'll need to be able to see this to determine the correct replacement, and you'll also need to have it removed to compare the dimensions.

If you are looking to replace the pivot bar, which is the "pin" installed to the bottom of the sash, I'll need to see that removed as well.

Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions you might have.

Hi Jasmine
Thank you for replying. I've attached more photos so you can get a better picture of the cartridge and Coil Spring. Both sides broke at the spring it snapped. The stamp # is 4 left and right.
I think I need the S140 but I will have you look before I purchase.

I measured and 1 1/4 W 9/16 D does fit in the window pocket, you can see in the photo the width measurement.

The opening of the bottom part of the bottom sash to the Max height lifted of the bottom part of the bottom sash is approximately 12 1/2 to 13 inches.
The pivot pin on the sash is in good condition. It's not broke, but if I need to purchase one to be compatible with a certain cartridge, please let me know and I will do so. Otherwise, it doesn't need to be replaced at this time.
Again, thank you so much for your help. I will order as soon as you reply. Much appreciated. The videos on the website were very helpful. Justin

Thanks for the photos. It does appear you have the Series 140 Quick-Tilt assembly. Since yours is stamped with a 4, you'll need the S140-04. Although, to be sure, you'll want to review and compare the dimensions below.

Your existing pivot bar isn't likely to be compatible with this balance assembly. The S140 is compatible with the 26-398 Rounded End Pivot Bar or the 26-405 Rounded End Pivot Bar. Take a look over the dimensions to confirm which of these is the best fit.

Hi Justin,

I'm glad to hear you received your order and that everything was a match. Unfortunately, we do not sell the fasteners for the screws and suggest holding onto them to complete your repairs. We typically suggest taking an existing screw to a local hardware store so that you can have them match up the exact screw you need for the installation.

Can you elaborate on the diameter you are looking to confirm?
