tilt window channel balance and pivot shoe

Question

Bottom window won't stay up.

I've attached pictures of the existing channel balances and shoes. I do not see the exact channel on your website. Channel is BSI-TT 16C, 9/16"W, with a hook on one end.

Hello,

Your balance looks like the S795-16 with a 16C strength option except yours uses the 15-198 clip instead of a screw tab at the end of the pulley. We can supply these but it will need to be a custom order. We'll need you to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two, as well as if the width of your T-lock shoe matches the 1-1/4" measurement of the 15-195 shown below.
