I would like to know what type I whole unit I should get . This is KK unit the small arm # on it 2810 . Also how do I unscrew old unit with the wood covering the unit that does not pup up . Thanks Aldo

This looks like either a 39-031 & 39-032 Operator, or our 39-155 & 39-156. The only difference between these two sets of operators is the length of the link arm, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. Let me know if you have any further questions.
