Replace window balance

Thanks for reaching out to us! Given the coil springs you have pictured here, it is most likely you'll need to replace the entire assembly. I am confident we can supply you with the replacement coil assembly you need, but to be sure, I'll need to see a photo of the entire assembly removed from the window.

Thanks for the photos! Your balance reminds me of the Series 140 Quick-Tilt assembly. Since yours is stamped with a 9, I suggest the S140-09. Be sure to carefully review and compare the dimensions to determine if this is the correct replacement.
