The replacement window parts are blue tip and the balance is 21 inches measuring as you show. We do not see 21 inch balances. We can send pictures if you need.

What Series were you looking at? Did you need our Series 600 spiral balance? If so, see our S600-21. If not, please clarify so that we can find you the right match.
