Replace window channel & pivot shoe

I need help with which parts to buy? I have double hung vinyl tilt in (lower tilt only) windows. My channel is 29" long black tip and pivot shoe is 1 7/8 X 3/8 X 1". Please see attached pictures

Thanks for writing in. In regards to your pivot shoe, see our 15-045. As for your spiral balance, could you please tell me the diameter of the outer tube that the spring is housed in? This will help me determine the best replacement. Many thanks!

I ordered the 15-045 but the yellow part where the window hooks in was too small. I then ordered the 15-121, 15-046, 15-015, 15-118 the part that the window hooks in was fine however they were all too wide. See photo

That's odd, I've never encountered that problem before. I apologize for the inconvenience. The only other parts that could possibly work are the 15-212 and 15-134. The important dimensions are the depth and width - don't worry about the difference in height. Let us know how it works out for you.
