Replace with keyed lock

Patio door from the late 60s. No labels that I see. I would like to replace it with a keyed lock.

Thank you for your patience in this matter. You have a very old handle set. This hasn't been made in a long time. The only solution we have would be to use a surface-mount set like our 82-005, as well as our 82-306 keyed exterior handle. These two parts are compatible together and should work on your door, but you may need to redrill the mounting holes.
