Thanks for writing in. When you say a part broke off, which piece are you referring to? The pivot shoe, or the bottom plastic piece with a cam? Or the balance that the shoe connects to? If it's the pivot shoe (which does look possibly cracked in your photos), see our 15-129. Look over the dimensions to confirm it matches your old hardware. If you need the channel balance, see our Series 770. Take a look and see what you think.

Have a look at our S770-22 and see if this matches up with your balance. If everything looks good, then you can go with the 22C.
