Thank you for reaching out to us! I'm afraid the stamp on your balance isn't a part number. We're happy to help with this but we'll need more information. Can you remove an undamaged balance assembly from the window and show us photos of the top and bottom fittings? We may need more photos and information after that but we have to know what to ask for first. 

Perfect, thank you! I recommend the S380-21 or S385-21 with the 2040 stamp option. The difference between these two Series is the depth of the bottom shoe as shown below. You'll have to measure yours to determine the best match.
