This a casement crank out window that the crank has stopped working I need to replace it

Looks like you need either a 39-253RB or a 39-439B. These two parts are identical except for how they connect to the track, which is a detail that's obscured in your photos. You'll have to check the end of the arm to decide on the best match. The video below will go into more detail.
